Mycket forskning om mindfulness och om MBSR programmet görs och har gjorts och även vi har gjort forskningsstudier

Vid Sahlgrenska akademin vid Göteborgs universitet har vi gjort forskningsstudier med fokus på hjärntrötthet efter traumatisk skallskada eller stroke. Vi har studerat MBSR programmets såväl i traditionellt gruppformat samt via internet i direktsändning. Vi har även gjort forskningsstudier på ett fördjupningsprogram Train4You som utvecklats av Helena Bjuhr.
